Enrolment Terms - Life Coaching students only

 

As each student invests a lot of time and money we want to ensure you understand our enrolment terms prior to enrolling:

1. We do not refund course fees once we have sent the course material to you, so if in doubt book a coaching session or read Anne Hartley's book Love the Life You Live.

2. If for some reason you are unable to complete the course you may defer to a future course if there is a course available, this must be recommenced within 1year from the date of the initial enrolment. We do not refund fees if you decide not to complete the course.

3. To be sure you understand and are able to explain the Heart process you need to attend a phone session and be able to answer questions on the process. Questions are provided beforehand so students can prepare but you cannot read your answers. This is a relaxed question and answer session. Students need to pass this before their certificate is issued. There is an additional charge of $100 for this. If you do not pass and need to repeat this assessment there is a charge of $100 each time.

4. Practice coaching is highly recommended, however, for the certificate course this is up to you.

5.Certificates or diplomas are not issued until all course fees are paid.

6. The trademarks for the names Love the Life you Live and Love Your Money, Love Your Life are owned by Hart Publishing Pty Ltd. if you wish to use these you must obtain written permission from us.

7. We reserve the right to not accept a student for any reason.

8. We reserve the right to refuse listing a coach on the coaches website.

9. Payments are deducted on enrloment and thereafter on the 1st of each month. If at any time you are unable to meet this payment please notify us.

10. We issue certificates at the end of training, once the oral assessment has been passed. However, we reserve the right to hold this certificate until full payment is received if we are unable to deduct credit card payments on time.

11. As we wish to uphold the highest standards for workshops we cannot guarantee that every coach will be accepted for the workshop facilitator course.

12. Only certified workshop facilitators can conduct The Heart Process workshops.

PRIVACY LAWS

We hold the following information on course participants, coaches and students, but we do not make this information available to anyone else:

  • Name and Address Details

  • Information on your accreditation

Once life coaching students are accredited we may give out your phone number and/or email address to members of the public seeking a life coach. We also make your contact details available to other Hart life coaches, unless we are advised otherwise.
