Enrolment Terms

 

As each student invests a lot of time and money we want to ensure you understand our enrolment terms prior to enrolling:

  1. Following enrolment there is a 48 hour cooling off period in which time you may cancel your enrolment without incurring any costs. You may waive this cooling off period if you enrol close to the starting date. Following that time we do not refund course fees once we have sent the course material to you.

  2. If for some reason you are unable to complete the course you may defer to a future course, this must be recommenced within 3 years from the date of the initial enrolment. We do not refund fees if you decide not to complete the course.

  3. To be sure you understand and are able to explain the Ten Step process you need to attend a phone session with Anne and be able to answer questions on the process. This is a relaxed question and answer session but students need to pass this before their diploma is issued. If you are unable to pass this assessment you are able to repeat it.

  4. Practice coaching is highly recommended, however, this is up to you.

  5. Copyright laws apply to all of Anne Hartley's material. If you wish to use any of Anne's exercises in a course or workshop you design you must ensure that our copyright symbol and the following wording is displayed.   © Hart Life Coaching 1999.   6. If you wish to use our values cards in any course or workshop you design these must be purchased from us.

  7. The only material which can be copied is the loose leaf material supplied with your course materials, or downloads placed in the coaches area of our site. Books, workbooks must be purchased from us.

  8. Coaches can purchase Anne's products from us at 35% off the retail price. Additional values cards sets can be purchased from us.

  9. The trademarks for the names Love the Life you Live and Love Your Money, Love Your Life are owned by Hart Publishing Pty Ltd. if you wish to use these you must obtain written permission from us.

  10. We do not conduct training for courses or workshops. However, students who wish to conduct our courses and workshops can purchase facilitator kits from us. These kits include 8 books for resale (resale value $412), values card sets, facilitator manuals and handouts. There are 2 kits available each costing $365. One kit relates to Love Your Money, and the other to Love the Life You Live. Each kit contains content on both workshop or a longer version course.  Anne is happy to have a session with any coach purchasing a kit to clarify any content matters.

  11. We reserve the right to not accept a student for any reason.

  12. We reserve the right not to refuse listing a coach on the coaches website.

  13. Payments are deducted in the 1st of each month. If at any time you are unable to meet this payment please notify us.

  14. We issue diplomas at the end of training, once the oral assessment has been passed. However, we reserve the right to hold this diploma until full payment is received if we are unable to deduct credit card payments on time.

PRIVACY LAWS

We hold the following information on course participants, coaches and students, but we do not make this information available to anyone else:

  • Personal Introduction Form

  • Credit Card Details

  • Name and Address Details

  • Information on your accreditation

Once life coaching students are accredited we may give out your phone number and/or email address to members of the public seeking a life coach. We also make your contact details available to other Hart life coaches, unless we are advised otherwise.
