Meet our trainers…
Prior to becoming a life coach Anne Hartley owned many successful businesses including a secretarial service, recruitment business, manufacturing business and a financial planning business. She was also a successful author and professional speaker and was featured regularly in the media writing regular columns for Women’s Weekly, Cleo and the Sunday Telegraph.
Like many people Anne made choices based on her intellect and found they didn’t make her any happier. It took a mid-life crisis for Anne to go searching for a better way to live and her search culminated in ten steps that she used to turn her life around. When Anne started working as a life coach she used the steps which changed her own life and over time developed and expanded them to become the Heart Process coaching model.
When Anne began working as a life coach in 1998 she knew she had found her calling. At that time a number of people asked Anne to teach them to coach using her model, and in 1999 she founded Hart Life Coaching, the training school.
In 1990 Anne wrote her book Love the Life You Live, and it too became another best seller.
Anne Hartley’s life coaching model is now a nationally and internationally recognised life coach training course which is recognised by many professionals working to create positive change. It is being used in Government Departments and private industry and of course there are many coaches world wide who use this process with their clients.
Anne is the author of:

Rita’s love of languages led her to gain a Bachelor of Arts Degree majoring in Italian, Spanish and English. She has taught in a variety of educational settings. However, she was always interested in psychology, so in 2008 she completed her Certificate and Diploma in Life Coaching with Hart Life Coaching. Rita has also undertaken training with the Butterfly Foundation and is a member of three working parties with The National Eating Disorders Collaboration. One of Rita’s specialities as a life coach is working with young people who have body image issues.
Rita had a successful full time practice as a life coach but found she missed the interaction of working with others so she now works part time as a CGEA tutor for disengaged youth with drug/alcohol/mental health issues and the long term unemployed alongside her own coaching business where she also conducts workshops on a number of coaching areas. She found that working in a variety of roles provided Rita with the stimulation, and interaction she needs.
Rita has also won awards for the ‘Most Outstanding Location Based Project’ for her work with Corrections Victoria in their Community Work Partnership Awards. Rita taught life skills to women on community based orders whilst they knitted squares that were made and donated to the animals at the Coldstream Animal Shelter. She found these women, most of whom had had no exposure to life coaching, were really receptive to a new way of thinking and being.
Rita’s students describe her as engaging, witty, passionate and energetic! She brings her own unique style to all learning environments.
