BECOME A MEDITATION TEACHER
Meditation is one of the most important tools for transformation
available to us. Anne Hartley is now offering a short training course
for anyone who wishes to enhance their own meditation skills or
wish to teach meditation to others. You do not need to be a graduate
of our life coaching course to join.
Studies on the benefits of meditation have been carried on for
30 years and there is extensive medical evidence of its benefits
to all. These benefits are now being recognised by industry as some
US companies now have meditation rooms in their offices and allow
staff time off to meditate. Some yoga teaching centres are now finding
that interest in meditation now equals yoga attendance.
The mind is constantly thinking and it is meant to, however, by
using meditation techniques you can teach to mind to focus on something
other than your thoughts. It's not that you stop thinking because
that's not possible, meditation allows you to shift your attention
to the space between your thoughts where peace resides.
Meditation enables you to rebalance the body and mind, to connect
with your spirit and to find the answers to your questions. Meditation
comforts the heart and heals the soul.
