My role as your coach is to unconditionally accept and support you to create a life you love. I am honoured to be able to assist you.

I do not set a minimum number of sessions that you need to come for coaching, that is up to you. I generally talk with my clients once a week for an hour. I charge $145 per hour session, but can discount this fee on occasions for people in genuine need.

Most of my coaching is done by phone and I work with people throughout Australia and overseas. I call my clients so I incur the cost of the call. I also see clients face-to-face at Mosman, preferably on a Wednesday, but I can be flexible if my schedule permits. I also take appointments on Wednesday up to 6.30pm, this is by phone only.
