THE HEART PROCESS

The Heart Process was created by Anne Hartley and it is a way of living and being which is life changing. We teach this process in our Happy Being Me courses, our life coach training course and the coaches we train work individually with people using this process.

By working with this process you can discover your passion, understand your purpose and establish habits which make you powerful. Passion is not something you find, or you are lucky enough to have, in your life. It is something that occurs naturally, when your needs are fully met in that particular area of your life. You can be passionate about your work but not about other areas of your life but passion is contagious, the more you experience, it spills over into other areas. This is when you know you are living your purpose and you are exactly where you are meant to be.

Your archetypes are the personality traits you are born with. These contain your shadow side and your strengths. Understanding your archetypes can help you to understand how you go off track and how you can reach your full potential.
When you react you give your power away. All you have to do is observe the world around you and you will see people reacting constantly, and it doesn’t make them happy.

Being Values provide you with a very clear code of ethics and standards to live by. They help you break the pattern of reacting and they make life so much easier. When you go through the tough times in life they are like a beacon which clearly show you the way out of darkness. Choosing and committing to live by your values is one the most important choices you will ever make.

Your archetypes show you your potential. By understanding your own archetypes and those of the people in your life you can gain clarity about your choices, what gifts you bring to the world and what you can learn from others.

Every time we step out of our comfort zone and do something new we experience fear and that fear can range from mild discomfort to abject terror. Growth and fear often go hand in hand. When you allow yourself to feel your fear, let it go and then act upon your values you change your life dramatically.

Change doesn’t have to be hard but it takes time so you need to be patient and persistent to create long lasting results.
