Terms of service

To be an authorized affiliate of www.hartlifecoaching.com.au, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

1. This agreement begins once we accept you as an affiliate and ends when either party terminates the agreement.

2. You must have a valid email address so that we can contact you.

3. We agree to pay a commission on every sale referred by you as follows:

35% on product sales
$150 on referrals to our life coach training program
$30 on our workshop faciliatator program

4. Affiliates are note paid on their own sales with the exception of purchases made by Hart Life Coaches..

5. For this commission to be verified as coming from you, you must be a member of our affiliate program and the sale must be tracked by our software system.

6. Payments are not made until commissions reach $100 in any month. If less than $100 in referrals is made in a month, this commission will carry over until $100 is accrued.

7. Payments are made on the 16th month.
Payments are made by Pay Pal or bank transfer (Australian residents only).

8. Payments are made in Australian dollars.

9. If your agreement with us is terminated then all banners and materials supplied by Hart Life Coaching must be removed from your site.

10. Your web site must:

Not promote inappropriate or illegal pornographic or sexual materials;
Not promote violence such as: fire arms, terrorists organizations and/or related sites;
Not promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;
Not promote illegal activities such as: drugs, contraband, and/or related sites;
Not promote political organizations, gambling/casino, and/or related sites;
Not violate the intellectual property rights of Anne Hartley or Hart Life Coaching.
